Your "why" is more than just a surface-level reason like "losing weight" or "getting fit." It’s about the meaningful benefits those goals bring to your life. For example:

  • Do you want to feel stronger so you can keep up with your kids or grandkids?
  • Are you looking to build confidence and self-esteem?
