Moved to Adelaide just over 8 years ago from QLD. Love Adelaide laid back lifestyle.
When did you start CrossFit?
January 2015
My Favourite WOD:
Grace or Murph (even though i did not finish its a great wod)
Least Favourite WOD:
Filthy fifty
My Favourite movement is:
Back squats & deadlifts
What movement who you ban at CFP:
burpee box jumps
After my first workout I felt:
exhausted & like i was going to die.
My Goal for 2015:
to master pull ups
Advice for new members:
keep at it.
Something you might not know about me is?
I am 1/2 kiwi. I have family spread all across australia & new zealand.
If I was to create a WOD called the ‘Bri’ it would be:
21 – 15 – 9
Back squats @ 40% of 1RM
Kettlebell swings 28/20kg
