A No Sweat Intro is a 30-minute conversation. Not a workout. Not a sales pitch. A conversation.
You come in, sit down with a coach, and talk about where you're at — your life, your schedule, your history with exercise, what you're hoping to change.
We listen. We ask questions. We give you an honest picture of whether CrossFit Proficient is the right fit for you right now — and if it is, what getting started looks like.
What actually happens in those 30 minutes
We'll ask about your current activity level — not to judge it, but to understand your starting point.
We'll talk about your schedule — specifically when you could realistically train, and how we build around that.
We'll cover any injuries, physical limitations, or concerns — and explain how we'd work with them, not around them.
We'll show you the gym, explain how classes work, and answer every question you have — including the ones you feel embarrassed to ask.
