At CrossFit Proficient, we know that no two athletes are exactly alike—and your workout shouldn't be either. That’s why we offer two distinct workout options every day: Performance and Fitness. Both are designed to deliver effective, engaging training sessions that help you build strength, improve conditioning, and develop skill—just at different levels of intensity and complexity.

Performance Track

The Performance version is our higher-skill track, tailored for those who enjoy the challenge of advanced movements, heavier loads, and classic CrossFit-style workouts. It includes a wide variety of workout formats, time domains, and benchmark tests to keep you progressing. While it does feature more complex skills and higher volume, it’s still scalable to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re an experienced CrossFitter or an athlete looking to push your limits, this version offers the full spectrum of strength, skill, and conditioning.

Fitness Track

The Fitness version is our moderate-skill option—same intensity, smarter simplicity. It follows the same daily themes and goals as Performance but scales back on complexity, weight, and total volume. This makes it ideal for those new to CrossFit, coming back from a break, or simply looking for a consistent, sustainable way to train. Fitness is not “easier”—it’s just as challenging, but in a way that better suits your current level and goals.

Why Offer Two Tracks?

Because fitness should be accessible, challenging, and rewarding—no matter your experience level. By offering both versions, we ensure every athlete can walk into the gym and get a great workout that aligns with their goals, without feeling overwhelmed or held back.

No matter which track you choose, you’ll get a well-rounded program with expert coaching and a supportive community—because at the end of the day, it’s not about the version, it’s about your progress.
